With over 30 years of banking experience, Beth has the skills to choose available products and services that work best for her clients. She will be responsible for handling accounts and introducing clients to investment, retirement, trust and wealth management solutions. 

In recent years, Beth volunteered her time to serve as past board chair for ProMedica Flower Hospital Foundation, past chairman for ProMedica Women’s Collaborative and a committee member for ProMedica P.L.A.N. (ProMedica Legacy Advisor Network).

Bill serves clients primarily in Canfield.

As a Portfolio Manager Bill works with clients on their time horizon, risk tolerance, and life goals to implement a strategy that fits their needs. Bill is a graduate of Youngstown State University with both his Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

Brian is a Financial Advisor for Premier Bank. He earned his degree in business administration, specializing in finance from Defiance College. He holds a Series 7 and Series 63 Securities Registration and a Life and Health license from the State of Ohio.

Brian has joined the Wealth Management team in order to help individuals and their families obtain a better, brighter future. As Trust Employee Benefits Administrator, Brittany is responsible for the primary administration of the retirement plans with a focus on maintaining a positive experience for all account relationships. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, Brittany assists with the development and implementation of innovative solutions for improved client service.

Christine Wray

Christine serves clients primarily in Pennsylvania.

Christine started her professional career in 1994 at Key Bank National Association where she held various positions such as Private Banker in the State of New York, then moving to Bank Branch Manager and Area Regional Manager. As Area Regional Manager she covered 12 offices for the Mahoning Valley Region. In 2006 she joined Sky Bank Private Banking, now known as Huntington Bank. Here she would develop and manage high net worth clients’ personal and business banking aspects. With 26 years of experience she joined her current team at Premier Wealth in 2017.

Her background includes multiple certifications, the most recent being Tax Analysis and Public Sector Leadership, both obtained in 2015. She gives back to her community as the Board Chair for the Executive Board at Easter Seals/ Youngstown Hearing & Speech.

Chris is located at the Maumee Premier Bank office and primarily serves clients in and around Maumee, Oregon, Genoa, Perrysburg, Bowling Green and Toledo in Ohio as well as Adrian, Morenci, Hudson and Tecumseh in Michigan.

Chris comes to Premier Bank as a Financial Advisor with over 20 years of experience. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a degree in finance and holds the designation of Certified Retirement Counselor.

Dan is a Vice President, Financial Advisor for Premier Bank. Dan works with clients with a focus on planning to achieve financial goals. Dave Kondas is the Director of Wealth Management and is responsible for overseeing the trust, financial advisory and investment services. Dave brings with him over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Dave is very active in his community as a member of St. John's Catholic Church, Defiance Rotary, Defiance Area Foundation, Defiance Eagles, Defiance Elks Lodge and is past president and current member of the Defiance Optimist Club. Dave graduated Magna Cum Laude from Defiance College with a bachelor's degree in business administration.

Dawn Bales

Dawn serves clients primarily in Adrian, Hudson, Morenci and Tecumseh.

As a private banker, Dawn enjoys building relationships with clients to help them understand their entire financial picture and coordinate a customized financial strategy.

She takes an active role in improving the quality of life in the community in which she lives and works. Currently, she is a Lenawee County Commissioner for District 4, serves as co-chair for Graze to Raise and Hickman Cancer Center, is Secretary of the Economic Development Corporation, Brownfield Development, Hospital Authority Board and Habitat of Lenawee Board. Dawn also volunteers with multiple non-profit organizations, including the Adrian Area Chamber of Commerce, Civitan of Lenawee, Health and Human Services Grant Committee and Lenawee United Way.

Dawn has over 30 years of banking experience and is knowledgeable in a wide range of banking services including consumer and business lending, branch management and business development.

Deb serves clients primarily in Findlay.

As Trust Operations Administrator, Deb assists in daily trust accounting, reconciliation and cash management functions. Deb brings over 40 years of banking experience with over 20 of them in Wealth Management. Deb is active in her community and is a board member and a committee chair of the Findlay/Hancock County Habitat for Humanity.

Doris Green

Financial Advisor Assistant

Doris serves clients primarily in Findlay.

As Financial Advisor Assistant, Doris provides the primary client service and administrative support for the financial advisory platform. She assists our Financial Advisors in the Findlay, Lima, Marion, and Toledo areas, and works to continuously improve brokerage back-office operations. A graduate of the European School of Administration, Doris has been working in the financial services industry since 2005, and holds her Life Insurance License from the State of Ohio. She earned the designations of Certified Securities Operations Professional from the Institute of Certified Bankers, and Certified Trust Operations Professional^TM from Cannon Financial Institute.

Drew has more than 15 years of experience in investment management, asset allocation and financial planning. 
Mr. Shealy is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and a Certified Wealth Strategist.® He is a Capital University graduate with a Bachelor degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration. In 2020, Drew complete his Master of Taxation from The University of Akron.

Emily Grinnell

Emily started with Premier Bank in 2016 as a Relationship Banker. In early 2020 she joined the Premier Wealth team as a Private Banking Administrative Assistant. Her personalized service and attention to detail provides her clients’ peace of mind knowing they will be taken care of.

Jennifer Mason

Jennifer serves clients primarily in Arlington, Carey, Delphos, Findlay, Glandorf, Harpster, Lima, Marion, Ottawa, Upper Sandusky, Columbus and Fostoria.

Jennifer Mason serves as a Trust Officer for Premier Bank. She is passionate about understanding, educating, and guiding customers with their complex financial picture. In her role, she collaborates with high net-worth individuals and their advisors to articulate their goals and needs, develop a comprehensive wealth plan, and coordinates both internal and external advisors to implement the plan. In addition, she also manages IRAs, Roth IRAs, and individual investment management accounts. Jennifer is part of a team of experienced local trust administration professionals who understand the intricacies of executing a well-developed estate plan. 

Jennifer has over 20 years of financial institution experience and is knowledgeable in financial planning, alternative investments, insurance, consumer lending, business development, fintech, and alternative dispute resolution. She graduated from Texas Women’s University with a MBA and New Mexico State University with a BBA in Finance.

She is actively involved in her church and has spent time volunteering or fundraising for 4-H, Relay For Life, Children’s Miracle Network, Make-A-Wish Flight, and Kidd’s Kids. A native to the region and a graduate from Ottawa-Glandorf High School, Jennifer now lives on a farm with her family in Lima, Ohio.

Jennifer serves clients in Bowling Green, Defiance, Findlay, Fort Wayne, Genoa, Hicksville, Maumee, Oregon, Paulding, Perrysburg and Sylvania. 

Jennifer Scroggs serves as Premier Bank’s Vice President, Senior Trust Officer. She specializes in interpreting, communicating, facilitating and executing complex estate planning matters by maintaining knowledge of current trends and changes with regard to fiduciary matters. In her role, she collaborates with high net-worth individuals and their advisors to articulate their goals and needs, develop a comprehensive wealth plan, and coordinate both internal and external advisors to implement the plan. Jennifer has experience managing complex family dynamics, intergenerational interests and trusts and estates with unique assets.

She earned her Juris Doctorate from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and is a graduate of Ohio University. As an active member of her community, Jennifer was nominated for the 2016 Jefferson Award for outstanding community and public service and was a recipient of Toledo’s 20 Under 40 award in 2011. In addition, Jennifer is a board member for the University of Toledo Education Foundation, board chair for Toledo Botanical Gardens and committee member for the Promedica Legacy Advisory Network (PLAN).

Jessica Rivera

As Financial Advisor Assistant, Jessica is responsible for the primary customer service and administrative support for the financial advisory platform. She provides assistance with the daily activities for both the trust and investment divisions within Wealth Management. Jessica has over 10 years of financial service experience.

John Prelac

Senior Trust Officer

John serves clients primarily in Streetsboro, Brimfield, Aurora, North Canton, East Liverpool, Chardon, Mentor, Fairlawn, Sandusky, Bellevue, Norwalk, Willard, Ashland, St. Clairsville and Cleveland.

John brings to the Bank over thirty years of experience in the private practice of law; most recently as a partner at the law firm of Day Ketterer Ltd. where he focused on estate planning, probate proceedings, including probate litigation, decedent estates and guardianships, and business law. 
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Prelac was the Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for Summit County. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The University of Mount Union, as well as a Master of Taxation and a Juris Doctor from The University of Akron. He was named to the Ohio Super Lawyers® list from 2012-2015. 
Mr. Prelac is very active in his community as a member of the Stark County Bar Association Probate Practice Committee, former Board President for St. Luke Lutheran Community Foundation, member of the board of directors for the Mercy Development Foundation and chair of its planned giving committee, and treasurer for the Stark Multi-disciplinary Advocacy/Protective Resources team. Mr. Prelac is the advisor for trust administration, estate planning and business succession planning for the bank. 
He has two adult children and resides in Jackson Township with his wife Susan.

Karen Cohen

Senior Trust Officer

Karen serves clients primarily in Youngstown, Niles, Warren, Salem, Poland, Struthers, Lisbon, East Palestine, Austintown, Boardman, Canfield, Cortland, Girard, Hubbard, East Liverpool, Calcutta, Howland and Columbiana.

Karen joined the trust department here three years ago, after a successful career in public accounting. She began this journey after graduating from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration. From there she spent the next 27 years working at Packer Thomas CPA’s and Business Consultants, where she would become a Principal in 2006. 
Throughout her time at Packer Thomas, she wrote various tax articles and continues to be sought after as a speaker for tax-related topics. Community Involvement has always been a central part of Karen’s professional growth. She is a trustee of the Mahoning-Shenango Valley Estate Planning Council, a professional organization for estate planners. She is also the Chair of the Board of the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley and immediate past Board Chair for Mercy Health Foundation. She is a Community Ambassador for Akron Children’s Hospital. 
In addition to these commitments, Karen has spent the last nine years teaching Estate Planning during fall semesters at the Williamson College of Business at Youngstown State University. She received the 2008 Athena Award, which recognizes professional development, community service, and mentoring. Karen resides with her husband, Jim, in East Palestine, Ohio.

Mary Alice Nagel

Mary Alice serves clients primarily in Defiance, Napoleon, Hicksville, Paulding, Bryan, Wauseon and Montpelier, Ohio.

Mary Alice is a Vice President, Private Banker with over 40 years of banking experience. She is responsible for handling accounts and managing finances for individual customers at the bank. As a private banker, she enjoys building relationships with clients as their Trusted Advisor to help them achieve their financial goals.

She takes pride in improving the quality of life in the community in which she lives and works.  Mary Alice is currently secretary of the Zonta Club of Defiance and serves on the board for NAMI Four County, Defiance County 4-H Endowment Committee and Defiance County Farm Service Agency committee member.  She also teaches Sunday School and is in her church choir.  She is also involved with Tinora Athletic Boosters, Tinora Music Boosters and Tinora Academic Boosters. 

Matthew Schmitt

As a Private Banker, Matt brings over 30 years of banking experience to his clients to help them achieve their financial goals. Matt’s background includes experience in commercial lending, business banking, branch banking, bank operations and fifteen years in Private Banking. He enjoys serving as a trusted advisor to his clients and tailoring financing and deposit solutions to meet their unique needs.

Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois (Champaign/Urbana) and his MBA from the Pennsylvania State University.

He is active in the community and has held volunteer positions at The Salvation Army, United Way, Olentangy Youth Athletic Association, Habitat for Humanity, Ducks Unlimited, NAMI, Kiwanis Club and St. Joan of Arc, St. John Neumann and St. Paul parishes.

Michele (Shelly) Rice

Michele serves clients in Bryan, Montpelier, Waueson, Napoleon, Ohio, Adrian, Morenci, Hudson, Tecumseh, Bowling Green, Genora, Maumee, Oregon, Perrysburg, Sylvania and Ann Arbor in Michigan.

Michele serves as Premier Bank’s Trust Officer. She specializes in in guiding clients through significant life events and crafting solutions that align with their complex financial priorities. In her role, she collaborates with high net-worth individuals and their advisors to articulate their goals and needs, develops a comprehensive, understandable wealth plan, and coordinates both internal and external advisors to implement the plan.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and earned the designation of Certified Wealth Strategist^® from the Cannon Financial Institute. 

As an active member of her community, Rice currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board for Susan G. Komen Northwest Ohio. In addition, Rice has served as a board member and past Board President for Susan G. Komen Northwest Ohio, former board member and past Board President for The Aurora Project, Inc., past Community Advisory Committee member for the United Way of Northwest Ohio and past member of the Development Committee for the Toledo Zoo.

As a Private Banker, Patty brings over 30 years of local banking experience. Patty serves as a trusted advisor and works closely with her clients to understand their financial picture and create unique and personalized solutions.  Patty’s background includes experience in branch operations, branch banking, consumer lending, business lending and mortgage lending.  Patty earned her Associates Degree in Computer Programming from Kent State University in 1985. 
She is active in the community and has been the Secretary for Residence Living of Trumbull County for the past 20 years. She also has been involved with American Cancer Society, Animal Welfare League, Kiwanis Club and the Lions Club and was a 2008 Youngstown/Warren Area Chamber of Commerce Athena Award nominee.

Robert Garasic

Vice President, Private Banker

Robert serves clients primarily in Summit, Portage, Geauga, Lake, Cuyahoga, Erie, Huron, Fairlawn and Sandusky.

Robert is a Private Banking Officer for Premier Wealth. He has over 16 years of commercial and wealth management banking experience, most recently as a senior relationship strategist. He attended Kent Kate University and resides in Cuyahoga Falls. 
Robert is a current member of the Russian Brotherhood Organization as well as the Knights of Columbus.

Rodney Walton

Rod serves clients primarily in Findlay, Fostoria, McComb, Arlington, Carey, Upper Sandusky, and Marion markets. 

Rod Walton is Senior Vice President, Senior Private Banker. He earned his Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Toledo and brings nearly 40 years of experience. Rod is actively involved in his community and serves as Chairman and Board Member for the Marathon Center for the Performing Arts, Former Trustee of the Findlay Country Club, Member and past President of the Findlay Rotary and member and past Chairman of the Findlay/Hancock County Chamber of Commerce.

Shari Wyse is a Financial Advisor and Certified Financial Planner^TM at Premier Bank with over 15 years of experience. As a financial planner, Shari’s focus is working with clients under a flat fee structure for comprehensive financial planning. Stephany Foltz,CTOP^TM

Stephany serves clients primarily in Defiance.

As supervisor of the Trust Operations Platform, Stephany brings nearly 30 years of trust experience to the department. She oversees the trust accounting system which includes statement reporting, tax reporting, and data entry. Stephany is very instrumental in preparing requirements for department audits and making sure our policies and procedures are in line to assure quality customer service. A graduate of Bluffton College with a bachelor's degree in business, Stephany has also completed course work in Trust Operations from Cannon Financial Institute earning the designation of Certified Trust Operations Professional^TM from the Institute of Certified Bankers.

Tammy Altmayer

Tammy serves clients primarily in Stark, Canton, Clinton, Dalton, East Canton, East Sparta, Hartville, Homeworth, Limaville, Louisville, Magnolia, Massillon, Middlebranch, Minerva, Mogadore, Navarre, North Canton, North Lawrence, Paris, Robertsville, Uniontown, Waynesburg and Wilmot.

Tammy came to Premier Bank in 2019 with over 15 years or banking experience under her belt with experience in both Business and Private Banking. Tammy works to create financial solutions designed to fit the unique goals and objectives of private banking clients in order to ensure every client is satisfied and on-track in their goals. In her role, Tammy provides a single point of contact to high net worth individuals with focus on doctors, business owners, attorneys, accountants and corporate executives who require high levels of banking services. 
Aside from banking, Tammy has been active in her community with involvement in ArtsInStark, Pathway Caring for Children, Community Hospice, Junior Achievement, Greentown PTO and Leadership Stark County (15th Class).

Tammy Jorgensen

Tammy is the Senior Vice President, Director of Private Banking. She has over 36 years of banking experience with extensive experience in Wealth management and Private Banking. 
She attended Ohio University and the Ohio School of Banking. She now serves on the Trumbull County United Way Board and has served on the board of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber and the American Red Cross as well as past President for the Howland Rotary Club. 
She has been recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow; as well as a past Youngstown/Warren Area Chamber of Commerce Athena Award nominee (2007). Tammy resides in Cortland.
 

Timothy Durnell

Vice President, Private Banker

Tim serves clients primarily in the greater Fort Wayne, Indiana area. 

Tim has provided banking solutions for Fort Wayne, Indiana residents for over 30 years. As a Private Banker, he is able to provide his clients with knowledgeable advice from his time serving in other financial roles including commercial lending, consumer lending, mortgage lending, branch management and private banking. He has held a Series 7 securities license and a mortgage loan originator license in the past. 

Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Tim enjoys helping others in his community achieve financial success. He does this by listening to their goals and helping them to achieve them with financing, investing, insurance and trust solutions.
