W. Todd Booth Receives Officer Promotion
Youngstown, OH (May 19, 2022) – Premier Bank is pleased to announce the recent officer promotion of W. Todd Booth to Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager, as approved by the Board of Directors.

This promotion recognizes the broad range of responsibilities Todd has provided during his time with the Bank.”
Booth joined Premier Bank in October of 2017. Since then, he has worked closely with the Mahoning Valley Commercial Bankers to move credit requests through the approval process and to review existing customer relationships to manage the credit quality of the bank's portfolio. “I am pleased to be able to work with such a talented group of Bankers here in the Mahoning Valley,” said Booth. “I look forward to building on Premier Bank’s success and our continued growth within the market.” Booth earned his Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Westminster College.
