YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (December 14, 2021) – Premier Bank recently celebrated the completion of a major renovation of their Kirk Road office with a Grand Re-Opening celebration. With the help of the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, local dignitaries and Premier Bank executives, a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on November 18. Community residents and customers are invited to stop by to view the transformation of the office, which features a restructured floor plan, teller line and all new furniture.
