Premier Bank Announces Officer Promotions in the Cleveland Market
Youngstown, OH (March 24, 2021) – Premier Bank is pleased to announce the recent officer promotions of Elizabeth Lynch and Kiley Smith as approved the board of directors.
Led by Don Hayes, Senior Vice President, Commercial Market President, Lynch and Smith work to develop and grow the Bank’s commercial loan portfolio in the Cleveland market by partnering with clients to provide customized solutions for their business as well as creating new business relationships. “These individuals have been a vital resource to our team. Their extensive lending background and broad knowledge of the Cleveland commercial industry strengthens our core team and has successfully contributed to our growth in the market,” explained Hayes.
Elizabeth Lynch has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager. She has more than 40 years of industry experience. “I enjoy working to develop new and expand existing client relationships with tailored borrowing solutions to meet their needs and in so doing becoming a trusted business advisor to clients, COI's and other members of the business community,” explained Lynch. “For me, the best way to accomplish this is to develop a deep understanding of how their business operates and the financial drivers that influence their business then using that knowledge, coupled with my experience, to add value to the relationship.” Lynch currently serves as the Treasurer and past chair of the Cleveland Chapter of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC). Kiley Smith has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Senior Commercial Relationship Manager. She has 25 years of industry experience in Commercial Banking. “My passion is working with individuals who are interested in growing their company and are looking to surround themselves with strong advisors to help them obtain their goals,” said Smith. “My niche focus is working with entrepreneurs looking to buy a businesses or acquire additional businesses with an earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of $750M to $2MM.” Smith, who earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Japanese from the Bentely College and her Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University, is an active member of her community. She currently serves on the Volunteer Leadership Council, leading revenue generation for the American Cancer Society. She also serves on the Advisory Committee for the Cleveland Leadership Center, the Advisory Board for Chicago Title and Growth and Transition Committee for Manufacturing Works.
