Kaitlyn Profera Promoted to Branch Manager
Youngstown, OH (March 19, 2021) – Premier Bank is pleased to announce that Kaitlyn Profera has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Canfield office.
In 2020, Profera joined Premier Bank as the Client Service Manager at the Boardman office bringing with her eight years of industry experience. As Client Service Manager, she was responsible for accomplishing staff results by coaching, counseling, developing personal growth opportunities for employees and coordinating and enforcing systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards. In her new role, Profera will lead her team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring a focus on building relationships, engaging customers in conversations to understand their financial needs and working proactively to help customers succeed financially.

Profera has proudly volunteered her time to teach inner city youth financial literacy at Junior Achievement of the Mahoning Valley. She is a new member of Canfield Rotary; where she is looking forward to serving the community. She currently resides in Niles, OH with her husband, Chris and children Avery and Owen.
