Garrett Leeper Promoted to Commercial Lender

Defiance, OH (May 11, 2023) – Premier Bank is pleased to announce that Garrett Leeper has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lender serving the Fort Wayne, IN market.

Leeper joined Premier Bank earlier this year as a Commercial Portfolio Manager where he assisted lenders, borrowers and the credit team in loan structuring and identifying new lending opportunities within the Bank's portfolio. In his new role as Commercial Lender, Leeper will focus on the development and growth of the bank’s commercial loan portfolio in the Fort Wayne market by partnering with clients to provide customized solutions for their business as well as establishing new business relationships.

"I am looking forward to meeting new people, serving the Fort Wayne community and sharing the Premier Bank story,” explained Leeper. “I enjoy structuring loans and deals that are beneficial to both the borrower and the bank while analyzing the risk to protect both the bank and borrower.”

Leeper, who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Saint Francis, is an active member of his community. He currently serves as a board member for the Risk Management Association of Northern Indiana and the Fort Wayne Golf Association. He resides in Fort Wayne, IN with his wife, Lexi and their golden doodle, Waylon and cat, Kitty.
