We recognize the important needs of business customers who use Treasury Management services and we aim for as little disruption to your business banking as possible. Please carefully review this information to help make your transition go smoothly.

 

May 11

  • Your Business Banking Online System Administrator(s) will receive a test email from TMclientsupport@homesavings.com. Please check your junk email if you do not get an email.
  • If your Administrator does not receive an email by this date, please call 1-888-822-4751, Option 2 or email TMclientsupport@homesavings.com.
  •  Add this email to your email address book to prevent future messages from going to junk mail.
  • Wire Service users: TM Support will begin reaching out to Administrators to confirm approved wire PIN users.

May 28

  • Delete all users that should not receive the email with the Company ID by this date.
  • Review and make any necessary updates to user phone number and e-mail addresses deemed necessary.

May 29

  • Any changes made in the system after this date will also need to be made in Business Internet Banking  This includes, but isn’t limited to:
    • Template changes
    • User modifications
    • Reoccurring payments, etc.
  • Remote Deposit Capture clients should login by this date to add, modify, or remove users to ensure all user information is up to date. Any changes to users made after this date will need to be made on the new Remote Deposit Capture platform on/after 7/11/2020.
  • All ACH and Wire Templates added prior to May 29 will convert. Any additions or changes to these templates made after May 29 will need to also be made on the new system.

June 19

  • Administrators will receive an email from TMclientsupport@homesavings.com by the end of business with your Business Internet Banking Company ID.
  • Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not get these emails by end of business June 19.

June 22

  • Print or export all account history and statements as they will not convert over.
  • Make a list of all internal transfers, ACH and Wire transaction - these will not convert.

June 22 – July 9

  • The 3-week preview period begins. You will access the preview period by logging into the new Business Internet Banking platform by visiting YourPremierBank.com beginning June 22. During the preview period you will have the capability to:
    • Access the system.
    • Familiarize yourself with the navigation and system features.
    • Set up personal settings.
    • Sub-user entitlement review and updates.
    • Verify the banking information that was converted.
  • Set up scheduled payments set to occur after the live date.
     

July 10

  • HSB Business online banking and remote capture will no longer available after 4:00pm.
  • Discontinue using the current Remote Deposit Capture URL: xpress.usremotedeposit.com/ct/?bid=104115108.
  • HSB branches will close at their normal times on Friday July 10 and reopen on Monday July 13 at their normal times as Premier Bank branches.
  • Administrators should receive wire pins for all users via USPS portal service prior to July 10. If you have not received your PIN, we will still be able to process your wire transfers using other means of verification and will work to activate a new PIN for you.

  • Business Internet Banking will be live at 7:30am – you will now process everything through Business Internet Banking.

July 14

  • Customers need to re-enroll in eStatements.
  • Re-establish internal transfers, ACH and Wire transactions.
  • CD Account and Loan Account reporting available.

August 1

  • Remote Deposit Capture Temporary Login password expires.

System Administrators will receive an email from TMclientsupport@homesavings.com that will provide the new Company ID by End of Business Friday June 19, 2020. Please check your junk folder if you do not get this email in your regular email box.

  • Your User ID will be your current internet banking User ID minus special characters. For example: If your current User ID is JESSICA#123, your new User ID would become JESSICA123
  • Your temporary password is BeB1 + first 4 alphanumeric characters of your current internet banking ID (upper case, minus any special characters or spaces).  Using the example above, your temporary password would be: BeB1JESS.

To log in, the Administrator will navigate to https://yourpremierbank.ebanking-services.com using the new company ID, username and password. After logging in, you will be prompted to change your password. View tutorial video. 

 

Remote Deposit Capture clients should login by May 29, 2020 to add, modify, or remove users to ensure all user information is up to date. Any changes to users made after this date will need to be made on the new Remote Deposit Capture platform.

The Remote Deposit Capture platform can be accessed by going to https://xpress.usremotedeposit.com/ct/?bid=102102109119. Remote Deposit Capture requires an Office ID, Log In, and Password to login to the site.

  • Your Office ID will be your current Remote Deposit Capture Office ID.
  • Your Log In will be your current Remote Deposit Capture Login ID.
  • Your temporary password will be Home plus the last four characters of your office ID. If the last four characters of the office are letters, these letters will be lowercase. For example: Office ID is 123456789 the password would be Home6789 or if the Office ID is HSBABCCOMP then the password would be Homecomp. This temporary password expires August 1, 2020.

Users will be required to change their temporary password upon initial login. Users will begin using the new URL Saturday, July 11, 2020.

Review cut off times as they may differ from those of Home Savings.

p>Q: I am currently enrolled in Business Online Banking with Home Savings, what do I need to know to transition to the First Federal Business Internet Banking?

 

A: If you are enrolled in Business Online Banking or Remote Capture service with Home Savings, you will receive separate correspondence after June 1st communicating important dates, actions, and what to expect.  Important information regarding Business Online Banking services is listed in the above TM Services Important Actions and Dates section.

 

Q: My Company has a Home Savings business debit card; will it convert automatically to a First Federal business debit card?

A: If you currently have a Home Savings Visa Business Debit Card, you’ll be mailed a new MasterCard® Debit Card to replace your current card before July 3.

  • You can activate your card once it’s received using the instructions included with your card.
  • You will receive a separate mailing with a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) a few days before you receive your new card. You can change your PIN to your own personal number at any BANK ATM, or call us at 1-888-822-4751, Option 2.
  • On Monday morning, July 13, as of 7:30 am ET, you can begin using your new card. Your current card will no longer work at that time.
  • ACTION: If you currently use your Business Debit Card to make ongoing automated payments, such as fitness club or cell phone payments, you will need to give the merchant your new card number and expiration date after July 13.
  • You will continue to enjoy surcharge free ATM access with the MoneyPass network with over 32,000 ATMs nationwide. Participating ATM’s can be found at www.moneypass.com or by downloading the MoneyPass app.

 

Q: How do I order new checks?

A: Continue to use your current checks as normal. When you need to reorder, visit your local branch or if you use your own servicer using for the check specification section below. 

 

Q: Can I use my existing check scanner for check processing after conversion to my account with First Federal Bank on July 13th?

A: Yes.  You do not need new equipment or software downloads with conversion.

 

Q: I’m planning to be out of the office starting July 13, what should I do?

A: If someone else in the office will be conducting online business while you are gone, you should assign him or her as a secondary Administrator in your current system before July 10 so they will have access for first time login during conversion week. Call 1-888-822-4751, Option 2 for additional options.

 

Q: Will my incoming wires or ACH transactions be affected?

A: Incoming wires and automatic ACH (debits or credits) will post without disruption.  After 7/13 you will need to provide Premier Bank routing for new incoming wires and new automatic ACH transactions. 

 

Q. My Company has a Home Savings business credit card; will it convert automatically to a First Federal business credit card?

A: You can continue to use your current business credit card as usual. You can continue to access your account information online at www.myaccountaccess.com.
