Premier Bank ("Company", "We" or “Us”) respects your privacy and is committed treating and using your personal financial information collected through your use of this Website and other services responsibly through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. We protect your information online with the same care we utilize for all Premier Bank transactions.

This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit the website (our "Website") or when you use our digital banking services such as online banking or our mobile banking application. This policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and sharing that information among Premier Bank companies or with select other parties. Our digital banking privacy practices strictly abide by the terms of our Privacy Notice. Premier Bank will post online any changes to the Premier Bank Privacy Notice and the Premier Bank Digital Banking and Website Privacy Policy on or before the effective date of such changes. You will be able to determine the date of the last change by noting the revision (Rev.) date of the Privacy Notice or the Last Modified date of the Privacy Policy. If you have already notified us of your information sharing preferences, you do not need to notify us again.

Location data collected from your mobile device when you ask for the location of the nearest branch or ATM is personally identifiable when obtained through the digital banking application.
      • ​Your contacts for purposes of completing person-to-person payments (e.g. through Zelle), if you give your permission. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through your device settings.
      • Your photos and other information from your device's contacts and camera when capturing mobile deposits or using a QR Code feature (e.g. through Zelle), if you give your permission. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through your device settings. 
      • Information collected through your use of our digital banking services applications you download from this Website or an application store, which provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and Premier Bank.
      • Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
      • Your search queries on the Website.

      Information Provided by Third Parties
      We also obtain personal information about you from third parties such as credit bureaus and others to tailor our products and services for your specific needs.

      Our Website is not intended for children. Children may not provide any information to or on the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
    • We use tools such as cookies and other automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, and browsing actions and patterns as you interact with our Website and digital banking services.       Premier Bank does not maintain a process which allows visitors to review and request changes to any of their personal information, including information that is collected through the use of cookies or other tracking devices, on the Website or by your use of our digital banking services (other than a customer's ability to update or correct certain contact information within our digital banking services and subject to specific security protocols). If you believe that Premier Bank customer records contain any incorrect information about you, please contact us using the customer service contact information provided on your bank or investment statements, or other communications from us pertaining to the products and services you use. You may also contact your local branch or relationship manager.

      We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
      The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential.
