Susan Jester Returns to Premier Bank as Community Mortgage Lender
Youngstown, OH (October 4, 2022) – Premier Bank is pleased to announce that Susan A. Jester has joined the bank as AVP, Community Mortgage Lender serving the Cleveland market.
Upon her return to Premier Bank, Jester brings with her more than 30 years of residential lending experience. In her role, Jester will work to establish new retail mortgage business designed to create homeownership opportunities for targeted borrowers as well as cultivate relationships with brokers, realtors, community development and faith-based organizations, developers/builders and community housing counseling agencies.

Jester recently relocated to Cleveland, OH from Toledo, OH. While living in Toledo, Jester volunteered and attended many non-profit events and worked to improve the communities she served by working with the City of Toledo Department of Neighborhoods, Toledo Fair Housing Center, NeighborWorks, Northwest Ohio Development Agency (NODA) and Lucas County Land Bank. She is looking forward to doing the same in the Cleveland area.
